Order confirmation
Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders with incomplete or unreachable contact details may be placed on hold.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch and delivery times depend on stock, destination, courier service and public holidays. Any delivery estimate shown on the website is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time.
Discreet packaging
Products are intended to be packed discreetly. Update this policy from the admin panel so the wording accurately reflects your real packing method.
Courier preference
A customer may select a preferred courier at checkout. The final courier may change when the selected service is unavailable for the destination.
Delivery charges
Shipping charges and the free-delivery threshold are controlled from Admin → Settings and are shown before the customer submits an order.
Incorrect address or refusal
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable mobile number. Additional charges may apply when a parcel must be resent after refusal, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
